The German group dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of metalwork and scaffolding, Peri Gmbh, has sold its Spanish assembly and industrial services subsidiary in Spain, Peri Montajes y Servicios, to the Musher Group. The sale was carried out with the consultancy of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, according to a statement issued by the consultant.
The sale is part of the Peri Group’s strategic plan for 2018, which focuses its efforts on its business lines in engineering, and the rental and sale of formwork and scaffolding.
In addition, the management team of the subsidiary ‘Peri Montajes y Servicios’ is now part of the Musher group workforce, where they will continue to rely on Peri as a “trusted” supplier of industrial scaffolding.
The subsidiary, which shall change its name to ‘SIMA Ingeniería montajes y servicios industriales‘, shall assume the assembly and disassembly works of the Peri scaffolding systems among industrial customers as part of its repair, construction and maintenance work.
This integration of the activities of ‘Peri Montajes y Servicios’ into Musher is complementary to the current business of the company and will allow it to cover a wide spectrum of solutions in the execution of industrial works, both in Spain as well as in other countries where Musher has a presence.
